• Certified First Aiders
• PTS Rail Track Approval
• A dedicated Safety Manager who is a Diploma-level Graduate Member of IOSH and a certified instructor for Manual Handling and Abrasive Wheels Training. The Safety Manager is also trained in Signing, Lighting & Guarding at Roadworks and Portable Appliance Testing (PAT).
• Supervisors trained to ESB Level E for substations and certified in the IOSH Managing Safely program.

Additionally, our team includes CSCS-certified operators skilled in:

• Excavator and dumper operation
• Working at height
• Locating underground services
• Slinging and banking operations
• Erection of scaffold towers

Our transport and logistics team boasts highly skilled drivers certified in forklift operation, HIAB usage, lorry loading, and CPC qualifications.

Certified Equipment and Maintenance

We ensure that all plant and equipment meet the highest safety standards:

• Excavators, dumpers, and forklifts are independently certified annually.
• Lifting equipment, including slings, chains, and shackles, undergoes independent testing and certification every six months.
