JN Cummins & Co. were selected to carry out the fencing works to the refurbished Valley Park & Leisure centre in Newtownabbey, Belfast.
Working hand in hand with Fox Contracts and Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council JNC delivered an exceptional fencing solution to this truly beautiful facility under the shadow of the Cave Hill.
With local links to the author Jonathan Swift, who was inspired by the backdrop of the Cave Hill when writing his famous story about a giant, the Gulliver’s Travels theme featured heavily in the new playground area, JNC were tasked with fencing this area with both security and aesthetics in mind.
JNC also carried out the sports fencing and certified ball-stop netting to the new pitches installed the highest specification on time and within budget under the supervision of our Northern Based Contracts Manager Dermot Jones.
The Valley Park project will transform 2.2 acres of under-used space into a state-of-the-art 3G sports pitch, a picturesque linear park and an adventure play area, for use by all sections of the community.
